Hosted by Microsoft at their Innovation Centre in Lyngby, Copenhagen, the focus of this working group meeting will be data, and how the use of data will shape the future responses to the problems of retail loss. In addition, there will be store visits, a presentation from Duracell, outlining their approach to helping their retailers sell more and lose less, updates on new research and the presentation of the Phase 1 results from the Inventory Record Accuracy research, and plans for Phase 2. There will be a networking and informal BBQ on the Wednesday night, weather permitting.
