The second 'be fresher, sell more and waste less' workshop was hosted by the University of Eindhoven in Holland. The day was focused on the challenge of collaboration, with an emphasis on round table discussions. To kick start the event, the results from a survey sent to the delegates in advance were shared. This was followed by a recap of the ECR research and then a presentation by Danone, sharing a vendor view of food waste. An expert view of collaboration was then shared by Matthias Geuder of Rewe. The Group then debated: what does it take to collaborate?!
